"When I was considering switching from State Farm, I was given rates that were lower than the ones I was looking at. Then on my next bill, these weren’t the rates I was charged. When I FINALLY got Candace to return my email and call, she said she made an error. I emailed back and asked her to confirm rates on other vehicles. Still no response.
